Tender. Yes, I know.

I was just on Facebook and I saw something that made me so happy.

Which is probably super lame because I was not even there to witness it, but honestly it made my day!

So this past week has been Homecoming Week for the school of my origin. Mesa High school.

Love that place. I have so many fond memories there.

My Grandma, my Grandpa, and my Great Grandma went there.

I think that is even where my Grandparents met.

So me and Mesa High, We go way back.

Any way. I was on facebook and I was looking at pictures of Homecoming Week for Mesa High

Because Homecoming Week is the BEST!

No joke. Especially in Student Council.

You stay out till super late working on all sorts of things,

Wake up early to prepare for something else,

There is just not a spare moment of time

AND IT IS WONDERFUL!

SO FUN

Sorry for all of these tangents that I continue going on,

But anyway:

Facebook. Me. Pictures.

I was curious to see who the Homecoming Royalty were because I noticed that my good friend Holly Dixon was nominated, which wasn't really a surprise.

But then I saw this picture and I got sooooo very happy

The queen in this picture happens to not be Holly.

(even though I would have been so very happy if Holly had won, because that girl is sublime)

This is Annie. She is a Special Ed student and is possibly one of the friendliest girls I know.

It is definitely a heartwarming moment to see that the students of Mesa High did not vote for the most beautiful, talented, or involved student.

But someone who is special in their own way.

Seriously. When I saw that she won,

It was the Happiest part of my day.

Also Joseph Speakman was King.

Which is great.

I mean he is a Speakman

And is such a friendly and happy guy.

He is probably my favorite scripture budy that I have had of all time.

Ah, this just makes me so dang HAPPY!



Dancing With Bears

When Miya came and visited Jaron... uh.... I mean General Conference... I mean me,

We went to the Bean museum and there were some bears that looked like they were dancing.

Naturally, we danced with the cute little bears.

Unfortunately, I don't have one of Miya dancing with her bear... Oh bummer.

Also dik diks are my favorite animals, as of right now.

Isn't it so cute! Plus its name is dik dik which is hilarious in my opinion and makes it that much better.

This particular dik dik looks like Severus Snape.

Therefore its name is Sev Dik Dik.

I told my roommates that for my birthday I want a pet dik dik.

Soooo cute!



Snow? In October?

Two days ago I went to school wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt. The weather was sublime! Perfect weather, no joke. The sun was shining, it wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold. Perfect.

And then, I woke up to this:

Yep. Snow on the Mountains surrounding the area.

And foggy-ness everywhere.

I did love that I got to wear me some scarves and jackets though.

However, it snowed in October.

Lame.

Word Throw Up, Yes I have it.

Last night I dropping The P. R. man off at his dorm. As he was leaving my car, I felt words emerging from my throat without my consent. They just popped out like throw up. The words were "You should take me on a date. K bye." And those were my parting words.

The Y

 I think that my career of being at BYU is over after this semester. I have no great love for this school and I would be perfectly fine with leaving it and going on another adventure. Except the adventure that I think that I am going to do next is to move back home and to go to MCC and then go to their Dental Hygienist school. I actually really like this idea/plan, except that my blog will have to be changed in name or I will just have to discontinue it and  I will be going from BYU to MCC. Lame. Also, I would be living at home again - but actually I don't think that would be that bad. I know that I can live away from the family and I know that I can live with roommates and such so it might be a little bit difficult to move back home after being used to not living at home (if I do this plan, of course). This is the plan for now at least. I will let you know if it is going to change... Would I make a good Dental Hygienist?

Clothes!

I just wish that I was not a poor college student with no money so that I could buy all of these wonderful clothes!!!

Also I am mostly just excited for Fall so that I can wear cardigans and jackets and scarves and all manner of warm and compfy and cute clothes.

I love owls!

Usually I don't really have any desire for TOMS, but I like these!

I think that I want to wear skirts and dresses more often.

Sorry for this terribly long post about all these clothes that I just wish that I could wear...

One day when I get rich, I will be able to own all of these things and it will be awesome!
